George Brecht’s Water Yam (1963) is an artist’s book consisting of around 70 event scores in a box, designed and typeset by George Maciunas on his IBM Executive electric typewriter. (Wikipedia credits Tomas Schmit for the typesetting.)

The font is IBM Registry, one of a series of fonts designed especially for this model of typewriter which use proportional spacing.
