An advertising column – known in German as Litfaßsäule – spotted in Berlin’s Burgstraße in 1961. The large poster at the top uses Super-Grotesk’s schmalfett style and calls on people to vote for the candidates of the Nationale Front at the elections on September 17. The smaller ones below advertise the “Stunde der Musik” concert series at the Museum für Deutsche Geschichte as well as a performance of the Berliner Rundfunk-Sinfonie-Orchester at the Metropol-Theater, featuring Fanfare and Berthold Block.
