Bain de Minuit, the first wine project by Swiss winemaker Raphaël Lambelet, features AL Werner throughout its visual identity, designed by artist and designer Chiara Bertin. Produced in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, following a low-intervention approach to winemaking, the range brings together emblematic grape varieties such as Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Chasselas alongside more recent cultivars including Divona, Sauvignac, and Souvignier Gris. Depending on the cuvée, the wines are aged in Limoges porcelain amphorae and Italian stoneware amphorae. Named Jeux de nuit, Mystérieuse lune, Nuit étoilée, and Clapotis, the different cuvées evoke a world imbued with silence and mystery.

With its raw yet enigmatic character, AL Werner reinforces an identity that is at once artisanal, contemporary, and poetic.
