In her new book, Sunshine, Lemons and Sea Salt, Hay shares coastal Australian recipes. The book, art directed and designed by Chi Lam, is set in IvyPresto Display and Text, combined with Founders Grotesk Text. It was published in 2026 by HarperOne.
