Les Salins 23/24 season

For every season since 2014, the French studio Image Format has designed the graphic identity for the Théâtre des Salins, Scène Nationale de Martigues.

For the 23/24 season, they have set up a graphic system based on colour gradations and the Baste A font, released in 2023 by the Lift Type foundry, and for which Image Format are the designers. Dwight, another Lift Type typeface, is used for the text and information.

From the theater’s website (translated):

The scène nationale de Martigues, created in 1995, is committed to offering cross-disciplinary programming. Theatre, dance, circus, music, new technologies, exhibitions... come one after the other to see, meet and discover French and international artists. The biggest names rub shoulders with emerging artists.
