Dyaspora Diáspora is a publication by graphic designer and artist Darline Sophie, exploring her Argentine and Haitian diasporic experience in Montreal. The project was developed as part of the Design Production course at the École de design de l’UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal).

Bárur Light is used prominently on the cover and throughout the publication, including interview introductions. Its expressive serifs complement the handmade, personal character of the project, which brings together graphic design and crochet. It is paired with Serrif (on the cover) and a yet unidentified sans serif throughout the book.

The publication combines a playful interplay of red and blue with translucent paper, creating layered visual effects across imagery and typography. The use of Bárur contributes to a distinctive editorial language that balances expressive display typography with the material and personal qualities of the publication.
