Sita Serif and Sita Sans serve as the primary typefaces for Building Stories: Time and Change at Weitzman Hall, an exhibition at the University of Pennsylvania.

Informed by research from UPenn’s Department of Historic Preservation, the exhibit invites visitors to reconsider how institutions confront aging buildings and the forces of urbanization. It brings together architectural drawings, lithographs, and photography to explore the many lives of the building—from its 1892 origins to its current renovation by KieranTimberlake.

The typography grounds the exhibition’s overarching theme: the art of renewal and the dialogue between old forms and new purposes.
