Waterford Walls is an international street art festival, bringing over fifty artists from around the world to Waterford every August for ten days of painting, music and events. The Daily Bulletin is a low-cost DIY pamphlet produced each morning, keeping festival-goers up to speed with the day’s events, from artist talks to live music and parties.
