Tropical Angel is a 1983 arcade game by Irem. From the back of the arcade flyer:

In TROPICAL ANGEL, you are the person who leads a beautiful lady known as TROPICAL ANGEL to achieve her goal of obtaining the highest grade in water ski,
A MASTER OF WATER SKI.

The logo on the arcade flyer is made up of two different fonts: “Tropical” is in Lazybones, while “Angel” is in Brody. A white dropshadow has been added to both words.
