In Budapest, Hungary, you can find many old signs like this one for a color TV service at 1 Szász Károly Street.

“TV” is in an ornamented typeface from the mid-1800s that went under various names. Letraset had it as Romantiques No. 5, Mecanorma as Tuscan Ornate.

The other words are not typographic, but hand-made, judging from the differences between the repeating letters (see the apertures in S). For fonts in a similar style, see Thorne Shaded and the listed related options.
