Second Album is the third studio album by American blues guitarist Roy Buchanan (1939–1988). Granted, it’s his second album released with Polydor Records, after the self-titled debut from August 1972. The very first, Buch and the Snakestretchers from 1971, was self-produced and sold only at gigs.
Cover designer Paula Bisacca worked with a photograph taken by Bob Gruen. The typeface is A. Mailay’s Arpad, released by VGC in 1971.

The liner photo is by Christian Steiner. Track list and credits are set in Trade Gothic.
