Grand Slang and Cosi Times in use for the Nikolas Type’s unisex souvenir longsleeve.
The lettering in Cosi Times Roman on the left arm is written in German and says Hersteller für expressive Qualitätsschriften (“Manufacturer for expressive quality fonts”), while the right arm holds the foundries name, set in Grand Slang Roman and Grand Slang Italic.

Nikolas Type’s claim Hersteller für expressive Qualitätschriften, set in Cosi Times and printed on the right arm, was inspired by Bernd Fuchs’ text for a promotional video about type design at the Berthold foundry, which in one passage says Hochwertige Exklusivschriften prägen anspruchsvolle Erscheinungsbilder (“Exclusive high-quality typefaces shape sophisticated identities”). The use of German, in a rather neutral “boring” wording for this fashion item, got an instant reaction, especially outside of Germany, and was sold out in a short time.
