The SK Freie Szene e.V. was founded in 2022 in Cologne, Germany, as a network for costume, scenography, and visual arts with a focus on the independent performing arts. Its central goal is to support costume designers, scenographers, and visual artists by creating more visibility, providing qualifications, listing job placements, and offering opportunities to exchange knowledge within the artistic sector.

Studio Sara Cristina Moser developed an expressive visual identity for the network using a vibrant colour palette and the typefaces Hofmann by Nguyen Gobber and Bastardo Grotesk by Giulia Boggio.
