New Chinatown Chinese Restaurant sign

Located in Chicago’s Chinatown, this restaurant has been open since 2013 and serves northern and northeastern Chinese cuisine. The logo is in Peignot. On the sign, it’s accompanied by what appears to be Minion Italic with added stroke. The Chinese fonts are yet unidentified.
