Published by Topps Europe, Merlin's 1999 F.A. Premier League Official Sticker Collection provided soccer fans to collect the stickers while enjoying the matches on TV or live on the stadium. The typeface used for the booklet is Handel Gothic, designed by Donald Handel in 1965. The title uses Futura Extra Bold Condensed. The collection also offered a Swop Shop Tour event, letting the users to swop their stickers with Merlin and other collectors.
