ITC Busorama Bold with both its forms for A and E as well as the alternate H with extended crossbar, for the Dutch release of “How glad I am”. The single made it to #19 on the Dutch Top 40. The following year, “Don't Go Breaking My Heart”, Kiki Dee’s duet with Elton John, was a #1 hit the UK singles chart and the US Billboard Hot 100 chart (and #2 in the Netherlands).
