Returning after hiatus with much focus, Hani Shahid disrespects, disavows and dismantles the embattled mayor of NYC: Eric Adams.

From the lyrics to “U A SELLOUT”:

Pack your bags and baby oil from Gracie Mansion where you dwell, your mouth is for sale […] you whore yourself out for hotels

On the strategic new release “U A SELLOUT” (referencing jeering crowds calling on Adams to resign), vitriolic barbs are shot incessantly with no wasted breath, crammed into a mix of synthetic bass and sinister drums à la Tommy Wright III.

The title makes use here of Portrait Condensed twice, warped to look more imposing and fill in the frame space.
