“Le petit oiseau de toutes les couleurs” (“The little bird of every color”) is a song by French singer Gilbert Bécaud (1927–2001). It’s also the title of an album released in 1967 on Odeon Records, Mexico. Bécaud’s name is set in two lines of all-caps Franklin Gothic Extra Condensed – which takes up two thirds of the cover’s height. The title is added in Century Expanded. Morris F. Benton had a hand in the design of both typefaces.
