SomeOne undertook the first-ever rebrand for The Eden Project, with a core mission to strengthen its voice in the environmental movement and address the planetary emergency. The design concept is deeply inspired by organic forms and the strategic idea of “Transforming negatives into positives”, a theme that unifies every aspect of the organization.

The visual identity beautifully mimics the fluidity of the natural world, incorporating curved linework throughout the entire branding which was also designed to support the Eden Project’s expansion into new locations and facilitate streamlined partnerships, with the tone of voice evolving to reflect the urgency of environmental challenges.

Our font, Panton, contributes significantly to this new visual language. As a sans-serif typeface known for its perfectly softened geometric forms and excellent legibility, Panton provides a modern, versatile, and clear voice. Its comprehensive range of weights and optimized design ensure strong performance across all brand applications, from digital platforms to print materials, aligning perfectly with Eden's amplified message and commitment to impactful communication.

The typeface also served as the basis for the project logo, as designed by Rob Clarke.
