The album artwork of That Bad Eartha by Eartha Kitt (1927–2008) features a stunning portrait of the artist in a seductive and confident pose. The cover perfectly captures Kitt’s sultry and alluring persona, which is reflected in the songs featured on the album.

The album’s name is fittingly set in a fashionable and chic Didot with supporting type set in Copperplate Gothic. Shown here is the 10-inch record with eight tracks from 1954 (LPM-3187). The same basic design was reused in 1956 for an extended 12-inch version with twelve tracks (LPM-1183), with some of the material previously released in 1953 with a different cover design (LPM-3062).
