Angela Anaconda was a Canadian digital cutout animated series created by Sue Rose (creator of Disney’s Pepper Ann) and Joanna Ferone (both known for creating Fido Dido). It began as a series of shorts on Nickelodeon's KaBlam! showcase in 1996, before being acquired by Canadian network Teletoon, and produced by Decode Entertainment in collaboration with C.O.R.E. Digital Pictures in 1999. It was shown on Fox Family Channel in 1999 and Fox Kids in 2000.
One of the most well-known online games from Angela Anaconda was Gina Lash & the Spy Who Swirled Me, which was developed by Decode Entertainment, and published by Nickelodeon Australia in the year 2000. Acting as a sequel to Gina Lash & The Temple of Swirls, it is a point-and-click adventure game focused on navigating rooms, solving puzzles, and avoiding obstacles in an “adventure movie” style.
A majority of the game’s text, especially the title logo, was set in the popular Action Is typeface.
