Welcome Home is an ARG of a fictitious early 1970s TV show of the same name. Welcome Home was meant to be a lost media-type TV show, supposedly having had a four year run from Oct. 11th 1969 until it's abrupt pull from TV networks in 1974, all of which is documented by the website.to which a few years later the site documents about the aforementioned fictional television show.

Originally hosted clownillustrations.net, the alternate reality found a new home in welcomehomerestorationproject.com. The single-serving website is designed to do one thing, having the visitors find some clues, decipher and decode them, etc.

The game show logo appears to use a swashy version of Clarendon; merchandise and other “rare finds” use a varied selection of period-correct and incorrect typefaces and the website itself itself is set in Palatino and Times New Roman throughout.

A screenshot from the now defunct old website using a different typeface selection. The headline uses Corben. The type used for body text is not yet identified.
