From Very Deep Records:

Polar Soft, the debut album by Nuremberg based artist remeny seems like a message from other spheres. Or an unexpected signal from the bottom of the emotional ocean in each and everyone of us.
(…)
Clear vocals, oblique instrumentals and highly sensual connected field recordings are taking us to a hypnotizing dream scape. remeny’s drawing her own map, bravely, while exploring an intimate but still unknown surrounding. Polar Soft is merging digital wilderness with tangible elements of nature. There are all kinds of instruments. There are sinister beats. But we also hear birds singing. Water falling. And tears.

Designed by Philipp Dittmar, the artwork features photography by Selin Hesna as well as an organic graffiti-like lettering by Josua Fritsch. Texts are set in TWK Lausanne, together with GT America Expanded for the titles and bits of Nostra Stream sprinkled throughout, nicely echoing the wild lettering.
