Aquarius 8 is the boldest weight of the semi-slab serif family designed by Ronald Arnholm and released with VGC in 1972.

In 1975, it appeared on the title card for Psychic Killer. This supernatural horror film was directed by Ray Danton and produced by Mardi Rustam. It stars Paul Burke, Jim Hutton, Julie Adams, Nehemiah Persoff, Neville Brand, and Aldo Ray.

The small line at the top is in Univers 67.
