Typographer, photographer, woodcutter, teacher, lecturer, theorist, publisher, artist and… not a graphic designer.

Hans Rudolf Bosshard’s work spans over a wide range of disciplines and mediums. I Am Not a Graphic Designer proposes an extensive overview of his life’s work and offers a new access to the plethora of artefacts and his theories on visual communication.

Dinamo's Rom and Rom Mono, with their charming yet rationalised drawings, were used throughout the project. Rom's compact stylistic set was perfect for the uniquely dense and complete index of Bosshard's work.

The book and an accompanying website were exhibited at the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich during Collection Highlights.
