Early promotional material for the event, featuring the original planned set of participating VTubers of NIJISANJI EN (“Livers”). Dates are set in DIN 1451 Engschrift.

NIJISANJI EN is the overseas branch of NIJISANJI, a virtual YouTubers' agency run by ANYCOLOR Inc. On 22 January, 2023, NIJISANJI EN announced their first concert, titled NIJISANJI EN AR Live “COLORS”. This event was later delayed, citing coronavirus concerns, up until 14 April, 2024.

Graphic designer Shota Aoki, and his agency RICOL, who had previously worked on other projects by NIJISANJI and other virtual YouTubers' agencies, were tasked on designing the logo, key visuals, and website for the event.
