Ishii Mincho (Sample unavailable)

This is the eight studio album by Japanese singer-songwriter Minako Yoshida. This would be her last studio album under Alfa Records. Currently, resellers offer it at a high price because of its low sales during its release and its growing demand today. The album title on the front cover is set in Good Vibrations and the artist’s name is set in Process. Both typefaces were released by Letraset in 1973.

At the obi, the Japanese typefaces on the front and back are Ishii Mincho (石井明朝) and Ishii Gothic (石井ゴシック). The music personnel along with the title tracks use a mix of Ishii Gothic (石井ゴシック) and Alternate Gothic. Although covered by the obi, the typeface seen at the bottom right at the back is Futura.
