London House is an independent estate agency specialising in prime property within the capital. StudioSmall was tasked with updating their identity and developing a new website.

Photographer Jake Curtis worked with set designer Maya Angeli to create a series of brand images. Photographer Catherine Garcia provided the London House team portraits.

The typeface used for the logo is Store Norske Maleri. On the website, it’s paired with Dover Serif Text and Inter.
