Leida brings together different approaches by designers, artists and design researchers, ranging from craft, material and technology studies, and co-designing with local communities, to various practices of mending and care. The articles explore the devastating consequences caused by design, as well as the new perspectives opened up by design that have an immediate impact on people and their interior and exterior environments.
