Graphic design and production of the book La manie des tours du monde. De Jules Verne aux premiers globetrotters (“World tour mania. From Jules Verne to the first globetrotters”) for the exhibition Tour du monde. De Jules Verne aux premiers globetrotters, presented at the Château de Prangins – Musée national suisse from April 6 to October 26, 2025, and curated by Raphaël Pieroni and Jean-François Staszak.
The book’s format follows that of the so-called “deluxe” versions of Jules Verne's Voyages extraordinaires, published by Pierre-Jules Hetzel. For the typography, I used Theinhardt, a typeface with roots in the 19th century where the story of this book began. It is published by Château de Prangins – Musée national suisse together with Université de Genève and Lienart éditions.
