Éditions Libel (Lyon, France) have published two books about the cinematic practice of Jaime Rosales. La caméra & la plume (“The Camera & the Pen”), translated into French by François Géal, gathers a collection of notes taken by the filmmaker on his practice. L’ange écoute: vivre avec les films de Jaime Rosales (“The Angel Listens: Living with the Films of Jaime Rosales”) is a critical analysis written by Philippe Roger, a lecturer in film studies at the University Lumière Lyon 2 and a critic for the magazine Jeune cinéma.
