This single with two Elvis-themed disco tracks seems to be the only release by Kids of the King, a project by Eldo Papiri a.k.a. Aldo Frank (1941–2021). French label Disques Festival issued the 12″ record in 1978.

François Dupuich’s illustration obviously was made under the influence of Saturday Night Fever. The Art Nouveau letterforms are from a relatively rare typeface by Letraset, the manufacturer of dry transfer lettering: the all-caps Gary appears only in a few of their catalogs I’ve seen, with a 1970 date and no individual credits.
