Letterpress-printed poster for this year’s Handpressenmesse (“hand press fair”) in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. Typeset with plastic poster type of Didot Plakat a.k.a. Plakatschrift Didot—the analog predecessor of Lineto’s Ruder Plakat—distributed by the type foundry Neue Didot from Muttenz, Switzerland.

Metal type signature uses Ludlow Condensed Gothic in 6pt.

Physical composition of Didot Plakat in 6 Cicero and 10 Cicero. The light brown characters are laser-cut replacements from MDF, the white em-dash is cut from white plastic.
