Specimen of dingbats issued by Philmac Typographers in 1960. This typesetting studio was active in New York at least from around 1933 through the 1960s.

The typefaces used on the cover are both of French origin: Cristal was designed by Rémy Peignot with the help of Adrian Frutiger. Peignot, in turn, was designed by Cassandre together with Charles Peignot (Rémy’s father).
