Club d’Histoire Locale is an independent publishing structure founded in 2020 by Clara Prioux as an extension of her photography and publishing practice. Club d’Histoire Locale publishes documentary photography and artist’s editions and makes objects. The organisation is also on the lookout for initiatives and practices in specific territories, in the manner of a genuine local history club.

In 2023, Espace Ness (Émilie Ferrat, Julie Héneault and Sophie Rentien Lando) designed and developed the publishing house’s e-commerce website using Insitu as the main typeface. The logo in Banco is in use already since 2020.
