We are a non-profit association that works to spread quality film from the African continent and the diaspora in Sweden. We show feature films, short films and documentaries made by filmmakers of African origin and act as a platform and forum for African film in Sweden. We work to increase the supply of African films in cinemas, festivals and television. By showing films from Africa, we work to supplement the Swedish cultural offer and update the image of Africa.
Since 2019 Alias Ano has been used throughout, supported by serif and monospace types for the catalogue.
