Bussard Immobilier is a family-run real estate agency based in Gruyère, Switzerland, and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland since 1969.
The new visual identity, created by Swiss brand design studio Paradoxe, reflects both the agency’s heritage and its contemporary vision. Built around the idea of transmission, the project introduces a new tagline, “La force de l’héritage” (“The strength of heritage”), referring to the company’s history across three generations of the Bussard family.
Typography plays a central role in the identity. ABC Arizona Flare by Swiss type foundry Dinamo brings character and a distinctive editorial quality to the brand, while DM Sans, originally commissioned from Colophon, provides a clear and contemporary counterpoint.
Together, they shape a restrained visual language that balances heritage and modernity. The system extends across stationery, web, print communication and digital applications, creating a coherent identity rooted in the agency’s history and its strong connection to the region.
