Blondie is the debut studio album by American rock band Blondie, released in December 1976 with Private Stock Records. It was reissued by Chrysalis Records in September 1977.

The cover typeface isn’t slanted Antique Olive Nord (1958) as one could assume. Rather, it’s Filmotype Ebony, the oblique companion to Filmotype Flare (1953). One hint is the counter in O. Text on the back cover is set in reversed ITC Avant Garde Gothic.

Art direction and design by David Perl, with photography by Shig Ikeda.
