This album by jazz pianist Ahmad Jamal (1930–2023) was recorded live on January 17, 1958 at the Pershing Hotel, Chicago, and released in 1961 on Argo. The cover design by Emmett McBain combines a photograph by Don Bronstein with Cubist Bold. Drawn by John W. Zimmerman, this set of Art Deco caps was among the last typefaces to be issued by Chicago-based foundry Barnhart Brothers & Spindler, shortly before it stopped operating in 1929.
