Walt Disneys Lustige Taschenbücher is a long-running series of German comic books with stories about Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse. The paperback-sized books were first published by Ehapa-Verlag in 1967 and mostly feature translations of comics produced in Italy and Scandinavia. You can see all issues including the latest one – no. 586! – on the dedicated website.

In the late 1970s and early 1980s, the Lustige Taschenbücher often used typefaces by Letraset for the cover designs. The series title itself is set in caps from Twentieth Century Ultrabold, which was carried by Letraset under the name Futura Extra Bold. See the captions for the typefaces used on the individual covers.
