First published by Severn House and Tor, this is the British paperback edition by Sphere from 1988. From The Cover Art of Graham Masterton:

A great double cover edition of mirror from the folks at Sphere. Sphere is right up there with Severn House in terms of the quality of some of its covers.

Mariano says:

“…a rather fetching double cover of MIRROR from the SPHERE paperback edition 1988. The outer cover is just the mirror (and yes it has got a reflective surface) but when you open the book there's a second cover hiding inside! Just like opening your presents at Christmas!”

The red caps on the mirror are from Frankenstein. The wide flare serif used for “Mirror” is ITC Newtext, which was also used for a number of other Masterton books published by Sphere. The typeface used for the author’s name is unidentified, or maybe a heavily customized American Gothic. The edition by Warner Books apparently uses the second cover as the primary one.
