L’ombra di Caravaggio / Caravage movie posters

The international posters for Michele Placido’s historical drama film about Italian painter Caravaggio use Luxus Brut for the title, supported by all-caps Brandon Grotesque.

Riccardo Scamarcio plays the famous – and troubled – artist. The 2022 Italian-French production additionally stars Isabelle Huppert and Louis Garrel. It’s known as Caravage in French and as L’ombra di Caravaggio in Italian. The English title is Caravaggio’s Shadow.
