Karten zur Kreolisierung der Welt and The Marvelous Arithmetics of Proximity and Distance oder Decolonial Reading Notes (Out of Berlin) is a collection of maps created by Moses März. The publication (31.5×47 cm, spread: 63×47 cm, fold-out: 94.5×47 cm) was edited by Moses März and Philipp Hege and published by Mittel und Zweck in 2022 to coincide with the exhibition of the maps during the 12th Berlin Biennale. The publication was designed by Marcus Wachter and typeset in HAL Timezone (HAL Typefaces) and Gibbon (Camelot Typefaces), an unreleased typeface by Wolfgang Schwärzler.

From the webshop of the Berlin Biennale:

The maps compiled in this publication expand on previous cartographic work by Moses März, published by Mittel und Zweck and Chimurenga. They have been produced in 2021 and 2022 following an invitation by Kader Attia to contribute a decolonial cartographic perspective to the 12th Berlin Biennale.
