For a decade, Hotel Tapa Tour has championed the tapa as an emblem of Spanish gastronomy, transforming hotels into epicenters of flavor, enjoyment, and innovation. The 10th-anniversary campaign, “Con la tapa por bandera” (“With the tapa as our flag”) blends tradition and minimalist avant-garde, raising flags as a metaphor for pride in our gastronomic and cultural heritage.
