Thomas M. Disch (1940–2008) was an American science fiction writer and Hugo Award winner. For his poetry, he used a shorter byline, Tom Disch. Here I Am, There You Are, Where Were We is a collection of 27 of his poems, published by Hutchinson & Co. in the Poetry Book Society in 1984.

The flowing brush script is Charme. It was designed by Helmut Matheis and first cast by Ludwig & Mayer in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, in 1957. Today would have been the 106th birthday of Helmut Matheis (1917–2021).
