Hawks Restaurant, Granite Bay

Hawks is a Sacramento area restaurant. I thought this was an interesting use of Richard Lipton’s Bickham Script. The name/logo uses all lowercase, with two swash characters for the h and k. I love the variant they have used with the rooster sitting on the tail of the swash h. The logo was created by Sheila Buchanan Designs, a Los Angeles design studio that specializes in creations for the restaurant and food industry
