Fat Tuesday was first established in 1984 in New Orleans (the name is a translation of the French Mardi Gras). Today the chain has restaurants in nearly 90 locations across the United States and abroad. The logo uses Lithos (1989). Shown here is the Fat Tuesday restaurant inside the MGM Grand hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
