Elmina is a contemporary Ghanaian restaurant in Washington DC, opened by celebrated chef and restaurateur Eric Adjepong. Influenced by his love for global cuisines, the aim is a bold dining experience that goes beyond a mere meal.

Polygraph created the visual identity. OS Korhogo became the foundation for the primary logo, with a few minor adjustments to the overall thickness of the wordmark and stylizing the A to better align with the aesthetic. The website uses Adobe Caslon and Proza Libre, and two yet unidentified typefaces (a proportional and a monospaced sans) were picked for the menu texts.
