Colin Brignall’s Harlow Solid was released by Letraset in 1979, two years after the original shaded style. Here it can be seen in use on the cover of the 1980 Annual Report by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.

The unknown designer had fun with the script’s Streamline Moderne aesthetic and extended the strokes of various glyphs, including most capitals, but also the lowercase g. They even gave the J an entry stroke. The roof of T was extended to both sides, to an extent that this glyph rather resembles an F. I’m surprised they didn’t join up the numerals.
