From Wikipedia:

Damnation Alley is a 1977 post-apocalyptic film directed by Jack Smight, loosely based on the 1969 novel of the same name by Roger Zelazny. The original music score was composed by Jerry Goldsmith, and the cinematography was by Harry Stradling Jr.

For this 1983 UK home video release on Betamax, the film's title and top billing are set in Earth. Perhaps coincidentally, Earth would also be used for the title sequence in Airwolf, also starring Jan-Michael Vincent. Additional text on back panel of cover set in Frutiger.

Designer/s currently unknown.
